OUR STORY
Kelsey’s Legacy Forever Strong Foundation stands as a testament to love, resilience, determination, and the enduring power of one life. Following her passing in 2011, Kelsey’s family and friends came together with a shared purpose and vision: to impact the lives of young people the way Kelsey did every day—with kindness, energy, and heart.
What began as a deeply heartfelt tribute to Kelsey’s life has become a living legacy with the creation of a foundation- touching young people through education, sports, and meaningful connection and community outreach year after year.
Before that vision took shape, there was a community united in grief, love, and remembrance. It started with a church community clearing a path-Kelsey’s Path -to allow Kelsey’s friends safe passage to the accident site- a place where friends & family needed to gather. To the creation of Kelsey’s Bridge & Kelsey’s Garden –as a symbol, tribute and remembrance for Kelsey.
What began with sunflowers—simple, heartfelt gestures of remembrance— quickly grew into something far more meaningful. That collective outpouring of love, support and community spirit for Kelsey became the inspiration for Kelsey’s Legacy Forever Strong Foundation, a lasting way to carry Kelsey’s light and spirit forward.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to carry on the legacy of Kelsey Kramer by making a difference in the lives of youth in a positive way by promoting youth and leadership development through education, sports, and community outreach activities.
FOUNDATION MILESTONES
2011
A Community Comes Together
Friends, family, and community members gathered to build Kelsey's Bridge and Garden, a lasting memorial and gathering place built in her honor. Completion and dedication ceremony held in October, 2012.
2012
First Scholarships Awarded
In Kelsey's honor, the first Kelsey Kramer Scholarship and Kelsey Kramer Parisi Speed School Scholarship were awarded to deserving young athletes at Owen J. Roberts High School.
2013
Foundation Established
Kelsey's Legacy Forever Strong Foundation was officially established with a mission to carry on Kelsey's legacy by empowering youth through education, sports, and community outreach.
2015
Parisi Scholarship Expanded
The Kelsey Kramer Parisi Speed School Scholarship was expanded to include Owen J Roberts Middle School students, opening the door for even more young athletes to benefit from elite athletic training.
2025
Kelsey's Klubhouse Launches
In partnership with the YWCA Tri-County Area, Kelsey's Klubhouse opened its doors, providing youth across Montgomery, Chester, and Berks counties in PA with a safe, supportive space to learn, grow and thrive.
